We can work with you in many ways. Whether you are an architect, engineer, facility manager, municipality, construction firm, or property owner don't hesitate to reach out. Typically we operate on a fixed fee basis and quote you based upon your need. For larger clients who require regular touch points we can also offer a retainer service to guarantee availability. Hourly work can be accommodated however is typically only utilized for minor scope extensions and follow-up.
